General TOS
• Referencing my Artwork or using my Artwork/Designs as inspiration is allowed as long as it is within reason and not direct copying. Tracing, Copying and Heavily Referencing is not allowed.• Use of my Artwork for NFT or AI purposes is not allowed.• All of the Artwork I create remains property to me, and I reserve the right to use it promotionally.• You can reupload any artwork I made for YOU or YOUR OC to social media as long as I am appropriately credited.
Payments
• If you bid on my Designs, own one of my Designs or purchase a Commission, you automatically agree to my full TOS.• I take payment in AUD and USD via Paypal only.• Payment Plans are only permitted if the bidding or selling price surpasses $100USD. I may ask for an upfront payment of a smaller amount to lock in the payment.• Commission work will only progress once payment has been received in full. Character designs will also remain in my possession until paid in full. This also counts for paying in owed art.• I reserve the right to refuse service to an individual for any given reason. I may cancel a Commission at any time and issue a full refund for any reason when necessary.
Designs
• If you own one of my Designs, you automatically agree to my full TOS.• If you own one of my designs, you may edit or alter the design however you wish. Please notify me beforehand if you are going to give them forms in any Closed or Open Species. There are some species I don't want my designs to be associated with.• My Designs may be freely Sold, Traded or Gifted for any Value. I don't mind how they are priced, as long as the buyer is aware. Please spend with caution!• Designs with a Base Value of $0 can not be resold unless there is Artwork added to the value.• If the design does not have a ToyHou.se page, or the character's Toyhou.se page is not linked to myself in the Ownership Logs, trading or purchasing these designs will be at your own risk. I always personally upload my Designs to ToyHou.se before selling or transferring them. My account is linked on my carrd's main page.
